As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for various positions within our company. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Utilize various channels including social media, job boards, and networking to source potential candidates.

+ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

+ Maintain up-to-date recruiting databases and records, tracking the progress of candidates through the hiring process.

+ Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company and attract talent.

+ Support human resources responsibilities

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with individuals at all levels.

+ Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

+ Enthusiasm for recruitment and a passion for helping people find their ideal job.

+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.

+ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
