    Join the dynamic team at Florida Window & Door, a leading provider of high-quality impact windows and doors in Florida. We are dedicated to excellence in home improvement and are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our operations.

     

    As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse. You will assist with unloading deliveries, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receiving incoming merchandise and verifying that they are undamaged and of sound quality

    + Counting received items

    + Assisting install and service staff in retrieving specified merchandise from storage as per the work order

    + Preparing merchandise for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly

    + Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise

    + Organizing warehouse merchandise and stacking them on shelves, bays and racks in accordance with company guidelines

    + Performing all duties necessary to maintain facility cleanliness, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed

    + Parts ordering

    + Assisting in service projects as needed

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + Maintain regular attendance

    + Proficient in OSHA standards

    + Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of company staff

    + Detail-oriented in tracking inventory accuracy and coordinating orders and shipping

    + Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize

    + Ability to lift 70 lbs. independently • Basic computer competency is required

    + A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in warehousing and logistics preferred.
