Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician B to help with repairs and maintenance on tractor & trailer equipment at our Martin Brower facility in East Point, GA.

Shift: Full-Time l Tuesday - Saturday 3:00pm - 11:30pm OR

Tuesday - Saturday 10:00pm - 6:30am OR

Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pmPay: $25.00 - $28.00/hr, Based on experience/qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

+ The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed

+ As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance

+ You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration

+ You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery

+ You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience

+ Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds

+ Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles

+ Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Technical School Certification
