Position Title: Task Order (TO) Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM )

Description of Duties:
The **Task Order (TO) 8600 Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM)** for MDA Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) Infrastructure Projects. This TO is part of the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract and provides facility sustainment, renovation, and modernization projects at the MDA’s Integration and Operations Center on Schriever SFB. The STIM is a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements. The successful candidate will:
• Be charged with ensuring and reporting overall TO performance, cost, schedule, and mission success.
• Be the TO point of contact responsible for interfacing with MDA and TO stakeholders and customers throughout the TO life cycle
o Provide on-the-ground communications and coordination
o Advocate for TO priorities
o Perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.
• Ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the other STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure success for the TO and the program.
• Internally coordinate and integrate across the contract with the Amentum Team Department Directors to identify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assigned TOs.
• Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools.
• Demonstrate insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and organizational optimization to reach desired goals.
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization, to include senior government customers.
• Make judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload.
• Address complex challenges, develop robust solutions, and guide the team to success.
• Drive organizational change to better support customer requirements

Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 18 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 16 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 12 years of general experience.
• Must have at least 10 years of directly related experience leading teams
• Ability to work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail
• Experience with Earned Value Management, budgeting, and financial management
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Must have experience supporting the IRES contract
Desired Requirements:
• Experience working within the Missile Defense Agency or other DOD departments/agencies
• Experience managing one or more task orders
• Experience managing facility modification projects
This position is expected to pay **$172,000 - $192,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
