The HR Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the business to provide support to a variety of Human Resources functions in areas such as recruiting, employee relations, total rewards, talent activities and special projects. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting HR activities related to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll and IT ticketing systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Office Administration
Triage walk-ins, assist with filing and document organization, data entry, creation of new hire folders, & badge administration. Support HR Generalists with daily tasks and administrative support.
Total Rewards and data entry / analytics
Responsible for data entry into Workday, Service Now, UltiPro notification to payroll, as needed. Actions include new hires, termination, job change, compensation requests, leave of absence requests, general benefits and payroll questions. Support HRBPs with monthly reporting and presentations, as requested.
Employee Relations
Responsible for voluntary exit interview facilitation, immigration support where needed, supporting managers with disciplinary action recording, partner with benefits and payroll on termination actions, support HRBP on drafting termination agreements. Act as point of contact for employee questions – triage as needed.
HR Initiatives
Partner with other HR Business Partners and Managers across the region, where needed. The HR Coordinator will provide special project support in areas of Workday, Talent and Learning and Development and Recruitment. Other special projects will be assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Aptitude in problem-solving, ethical decision making.
+ Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
+ The ability to handle multiple projects/tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
+ Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
+ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated and able to interact with employees at all levels.
+ Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS Systems preferred.
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

+ Work in office environment and manufacturing environment & May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
