Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: As a Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer you will spearhead AI-accelerated software development alongside our AWS architects, using cutting-edge generative-AI tooling (e.g., Amazon Q Developer, CursorAI, Other various tools) to streamline and enhance every phase of the development lifecycle. You’ll pair traditional full-stack expertise with AI-powered code generation, refactoring, and test-creation workflows—rapidly building secure, event-driven cloud solutions that span front-end experiences and back-end services. Your mission is to turn high-level architectural visions into robust, production-ready code accelerators and reusable frameworks that drastically shorten delivery timelines for our customers. You’ll prototype, iterate, and optimize AWS infrastructure and application components—leveraging AI assistants, intelligent CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code best practices—to deliver scalable, observable, and cost-efficient solutions. Success in this role demands a self-guided engineer who thrives on ownership, communicates seamlessly with stakeholders, and continually explores new AI capabilities to push engineering productivity forward. The position requires a well-rounded engineer who can adapt to broad, evolving requirements and create flexible solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven and capable of working with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills. You should also bring at least 10 years of experience in software engineering (with a significant focus on AWS full-stack development) and be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. • Collaborate with AWS architects to design and develop end-to-end cloud solutions (front-end and back-end) on the AWS platform. • Gather and understand requirements from architects and stakeholders and translate them into effective technical implementations. • Develop flexible application logic and infrastructure-as-code to build scalable AWS environments. • Adapt and enhance existing open-source or internal frameworks/accelerators by adding new features and improvements. • Implement security, networking, and observability best practices for each component of the solution. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve code quality. • Simplify complex problems by designing creative, efficient solutions using appropriate AWS services and tools. • Take ownership of projects and deliverables, working independently to meet objectives with minimal supervision. Candidate should have Open AI, Open AI GPT4.5, CloudFormat, Somett 3.7 or implementation experience with RBAC in AWS

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $119600.00 - $170000.00/yr.
• Bonus information: Enter annual bonus potential - Bonuses are paid out at the end of the year and are tied to a percentage of personal and company’s performance. • Benefits: Health insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO - 100 percent coverage for well visits, Individual and family options, Dental and vision options, Health savings account with annual company contribution, Coverage begins within 30 days of employment • Time off: 20 days annually plus six company holidays; After three years of employment, increases to 23 days annually plus six company holidays • Retirement savings: 401(k) with matching contribution; Profit-sharing • Tuition reimbursement: Up to a maximum of $5,250 annually for eligible courses/programs
