TEKsystems is hiring a webmaster in the local Tallahassee, Florida area. You must have 3+ years experience of working as a webmaster.

This position is responsible for working to keep all internal and external websites updated. This includes working with third party vendors and will also be responsible for maintaining the internal SharePoint site.

External Websites:

A. Keep websites updated with content as requested by internal stakeholders.

B. Solicit content to post on websites.

C. Work with third party vendors to modernize the three organizations websites.

Internal SharePoint:

A. Create a uniform color palette and design based on company logo.

B. Work with each department's management to ensure branding consistency.

C. Assist with updating documents and building out SharePoint pages as needed.

D. Conduct quality control, ensuring linked documents are available etc.

Learning Management:

A. Once procured, act as a resource for the organization for posting, updating, and sharing content via a to be determined LMS.

B. Convert provided content to training via this LMS software.

Operational Support:

A. Assist with IT and Organizational projects as directed.

B. Assist management with tasks as capacity allows.

C. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

-Working knowledge of best practices for web design.

-Experience managing a SharePoint environment.

-Creative and analytical

-Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

-Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and stakeholders.

-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques and technologies in the field of data analysis.

-Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

-Ability to analyze data to research issues.

-Keen attention to detail.

-Proven analytical and problem solving abilities.

-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Required Education and Experience

-Bachelor's Degree in a web design related discipline, and 2 years related work experience. or a combination of experience and education to equal four (4) years.

-Experience in using WordPress, SharePoint, and other web design software.

-Prior experience communicating professionally with external stakeholders.

-Experience designing websites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
