Financial Analyst - Seller Support Center

Role Overview: Join our dynamic, fast-growing Finance department as a Financial Analyst. You'll support the Merchant Services Finance team by delivering financial and operational analysis to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Finance & Accounting Support: Assist internal customer groups and the controller with budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control.

+ Process Development: Collaborate with functional leaders and finance partners to create scalable financial processes and business metrics.

+ Analysis & Recommendations: Provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners, including cost-saving and process improvement suggestions.

+ Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic operational planning, addressing identified risks and opportunities.

+ Data Analysis: Write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools like MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, and SQL.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

+ 5 years of relevant finance experience.

+ Advanced knowledge of Excel.

+ Advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

+ Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

+ Proven ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.

+ Experience with Cognos and SQL is a strong plus.

+ Comfortable handling large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
