    Description

    Sammons Financial is looking to bring in a Salesforce Developer to join their Agile team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting Salesforce applications that meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience developing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce automation tools, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-system integrations.

    Support the full development lifecycle including build, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support

    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications, including MuleSoft

    • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and understanding of Salesforce data querying

    • Experience configuring Salesforce automation including Flows and Process Builder

    • Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft

    • Design and develop Salesforce applications that align with business and technical requirements

    • Support the full development lifecycle including build, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support

    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications, including MuleSoft

    • Develop and refine automation tools to streamline business processes

    • Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects to support data model needs

    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Feature Refinement

    • Provide clear, consistent communication of status updates and technical solutions via Azure DevOps

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    Must be open to some travel, will be paid for by Sammons but they have monthly PI planning sessions and so will be asking to come onsite for those on a monthly to quarterly basis in Sioux Falls, SD or Des Moines, IA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

     

    Great benefits with fully vested ESOP after 3 years. Bonus structure from 0-13%.
