Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face and trusted guide for individuals and families navigating the journey of care with our nursing center. You'll be instrumental in ensuring their administrative and financial interactions are seamless and satisfying, setting the stage for a positive and supportive experience from the very first interaction.
Position Highlights
*Cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources, building trust and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
*Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance our nursing center's visibility and census goals.
*Own the entire non-clinical admission process, from initial inquiry and engaging tours to clear explanations of admission criteria and financial responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition for our new patients.
*Proactively address patient questions and concerns, consulting with internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
*Work collaboratively with a dedicated team, participating in daily meetings and supporting the financial aspects of our nursing center's operations.
*Directly impact patient satisfaction, contribute to the financial health of the nursing center, and play a vital role in helping individuals receive the care they need.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Benefits
*College Degree or equivalent work experience, 3 – 5 years in healthcare industry.
*Customer Service Orientation.
*Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business requirements.
*Ability to work independently.
Posted Salary Range
USD $23.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
