Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Mental Health Profession** to work at a facility in **Deming, NM** **.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. It can be LCSW or LMSW or LPC or LMHC.

Weekly Gross pay ($30 per hour X 40hr) $1,200.00

Weekly Travel Stipend - Non taxed - goes to the net (pay-lodging $672, M&I$413=1085 weekly) $1,085

Total Pay Weekly $2,285.00

Feels Like per hour $57.13

**Assignment dates:** 6/2/25 thru 9/5/25

Job Responsibilities:

+ Assessing patients' mental health through interviews and tests.

+ Developing treatment plans based on patients' needs.

+ Providing individual or group therapy sessions.

+ Offering support for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

+ Keeping detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes.

+ Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed.

+ Maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ At least one year (12 months) of experience as a **Mental Health Profession**

+ Must be licensed in the state of NM

+ Experience in providing therapy and counseling services.

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

+ Knowledge of mental health diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions.

+ Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
