    Position: Ocean Export Supervisor

    Job Description:

    The Ocean Export Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of ocean freight operations, ensuring efficient and timely shipment coordination, compliance with international regulations, and exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising a team, managing carrier relationships, and optimizing logistics processes to support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise the ocean operations team to ensure seamless freight movement.

    + Coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and service providers.

    + Monitor and optimize freight costs while maintaining service quality.

    + Address and resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics and supply chain efficiency.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    + Experience in ocean freight operations, logistics, or transportation management.

    + Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.

    + Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
