We are seeking a **_Research Program Coordinator_** who will oversee the implementation of a pilot trial testing the integration of food as medicine strategies: produce prescription and Pharmacy, dietitian coaching, and culturally tailored messaging to improve blood pressure control among Black and Latino adults in Healthy Food Priority Areas. This position will coordinate all aspects of study operations, including oversight of study procedures, staff supervision, and liaison with community partners and stakeholders.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
_Study Implementation & Management_
+ Develop and maintain study workflow plans and standard operating procedures, oversee participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment, manage intervention delivery and participant follow-up, supervise research assistant and coordinate with study dietitians, Ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
_Data Management & Quality Control_
+ Oversee data collection, entry, and quality control procedures, manage trials platform and participant tracking systems.
+ Coordinate with statistical team on data monitoring, maintain study documentation and regulatory files.
+ Prepare reports for investigators, stakeholders, sponsors.
_Stakeholder Coordination_
+ Serve as liaison with community partners.
+ Coordinate with clinic sites and healthcare providers.
+ Manage communication with The Medi platform for social resource referrals.
+ Support engagement with community advisory groups.
Administrative Leadership
+ Coordinate study team meetings and communication.
+ Manage study budget and participant compensation.
+ Assist with IRB submissions and maintaining regulatory compliance.
+ Support preparation of study materials and documentation.
+ Assist with manuscript and presentation preparation.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

+ Experience with team leadership and supervision.
+ Cultural competency and community engagement skills.
+ Knowledge of research ethics and regulatory requirements.
Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certifications
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and REDCap.
+ Proficiency with clinical trial management platforms.
+ Experience with electronic medical records.
+ Expertise in data management systems.
+ Knowledge of IRB regulations.
Supervisory Responsibility
+ Direct supervision of student research assistants.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Supervision, research data collection and management.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Excellence in written and verbal communication.
+ Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
+ Knowledge of research ethics and regulatory requirements.
+ Master's degree in related field.
+ Experience coordinating community-based research.
+ Knowledge of cardiovascular health and nutrition interventions.
+ Experience with recruitment within communities.
+ Certification in clinical research coordination.

**Starting Salary Range** : $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY ($46,312.50 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
