    This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and execution. You’ll be the dedicated operations partner for our Prospect Sales team—working side by side with sales leadership to drive predictability, improve rep productivity, and unlock scalable growth. We’re looking for a self-starter with 5+ years in Sales/Rev Ops or related roles. Someone who blends analytics with storytelling, understands systems and pipeline mechanics, and thrives in cross-functional environments. This role requires both independent strategic thinking and operational execution to fuel a high-performing, high-integrity sales engine.

    Responsibilities

    + **Sales Process Optimization** : Streamline, document, and continuously improve sales processes that support top-of-funnel prospecting through closed-won. Identify friction points and remove inefficiencies at scale.

    + **Analytics & Insights** : Support the scoping & optimization of critical dashboards and provide weekly/monthly insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, coverage ratios, and sales productivity.

    + **Forecast & Pipeline Management** : Lead forecast operations, ensuring alignment between sales leadership, RevOps, and Finance. Act as the “go-to” for pipeline accuracy, coverage diagnostics, and funnel health.

    + **Go-to-Market Execution** : Partner with Enablement, Finance, and Marketing to support account segmentation, territory design, compensation modeling, and campaign operations.

    + **Cadence & Operating Rhythm** : Own the weekly/monthly/quarterly operating rhythm for sales reviews, forecast calls, and QBR prep. Help the team measure what matters and stay focused.

    + **Strategic Projects** : Lead and support high-impact initiatives such as coverage planning, new rep onboarding, tool implementation, and trended performance analysis—proactively surfacing insights and making recommendations to sales leadership to inform strategy and improve execution

    + **Change Management** : Translate strategy into action. Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and performance metrics across the sales team.

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

    + Strong experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with the ability to distill complex data into clear, executive-level presentations that drive strategic decision-making.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

    + Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills—can derive insights from raw data and influence leadership decisions.

    + Operational mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.

    + Strong internal customer relationship and problem-solving skills; ability to build relationships and quickly spot, and communicate a resolution for, potential issues.

    + Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make independent decisions in a fast-paced, evolving business.
