Overview
THE ROLE:
The Senior Analyst, ESG Data Management willreport tothe Director, ESG Strategy, and be part of the company’s ESG Team, within Worldwide Operations. In this role, theSr.Analyst will support the collection, analysis, externalassuranceand reporting of Herbalife’s sustainability related data. TheSr.Analyst role will be essential to ensuring that ESG-related data and disclosures align with internal data collection and control requirements. This person willmanage the company’s greenhouse gas inventory,maintainour global and centralized ESG database,coordinate data collection activities, generate performance reports, and prepare audit materials. The role willalso workacrossfunctional andregional teams to evaluate,standardizeand continuously improve our ESG reporting policies, procedures,documentationand systems.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
+ Complete Herbalifegreenhousegas(GHG)inventory&accounting for Scopes 1-3,including managingtheInventoryManagementPlan(IMP). Remain up to date on global GHG requirements and standards.
+ Manage ESG databases. This includes designing ESG data connections, performance dashboards and analytical capabilities,identifyingdatabase optimization, training all users, and collecting, calculating, and aggregating ESG data in alignment with internal collection and control processes.
+ Create a plan to ensure continuous ESG data integrity and systems interoperability.Develop and conduct internaltrainingsondata governance, internal collection & controlresponsibilitiesand database management.
+ Support the creation of Herbalife’s key disclosures, including sustainability reports
+ Support the preparationof thirdpartyassurance materials, including final datasets, supporting evidence, process narratives / flow charts, reporting manuals & other required forms.
+ Find opportunities for database optimization, including further systems integration, automated reporting, improvedcollection,controland AIfeatures
+ Help build a plan toidentify, prioritize and update ESG metrics, data owners, calculation methodologies and external reporting requirements tied to the company’s material risks and opportunities.

The team ensures that the policies, initiatives, and goals under theESGcompliance and sustainabilityprogram align with the business strategy and operationalobjectives.

Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
+ 5 years of work experience in financial accounting, information technology, data management, economics,engineeringor an ESG-related field
+ Experience or knowledge in ESG reporting standards, frameworks (e.g.IFRS, TCFD/CDP, GRI, SASB, ISSB), tools (Arcadia, Watershed, &Auditboard), and knowledge of emerging compliance requirements related to ESG disclosures (e.g.CA SB253, CA SB261 & CSRD)
+ Direct, first-hand experience withGHGaccounting(Scopes 1-3) and knowledge of associatedstandards andrequirements (GHG Protocol, SBTi, etc.)
+ Strong analytical background and comfort with Excel (i.e.sophisticated formulas, V Lookups, pivot tables)
+ A great teammate and problem solver with proven success stewarding cross-functional teams,monitoringmultipleprojectsand satisfying deadlines
+ Self-guided,thoroughand superb communication skills
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in financial accounting, information technology, systems and data management, economics,engineeringor an ESG-related field
