CTG is seeking to fill an Infrastructure Analyst I opening for our client in Wilmington, DE.
**Location:** Wilmington, DE
**Duration:** 6 months
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Infrastructure Analyst I to provide hands-on support to end users across our Wilmington, DE offices and our Radnor, PA location. T **his position is ideal for a dependable problem solver who has a solid understanding of desktop hardware, software, and basic networking concepts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to providing white-glove customer service.**
The analyst will be responsible for activities related to the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Ensuring that systems and procedures align with organizational values is key to enabling productivity and maintaining a stable IT environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Respond to and resolve help desk escalations based on training
+ Complete work orders and request-based tasks using standard operating procedures (SOP)
+ Analyze and isolate technical issues, responding to identified incidents in alignment with training
+ Develop and maintain a basic understanding of diagnostic tools
+ Perform system maintenance tasks including patching, health checks, OS updates, and validation of changes while adhering to configuration standards
+ Report system anomalies to senior staff for resolution
+ Complete assigned individual projects and participate in evening responsibilities as scheduled
+ Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed
+ Promote a diverse and inclusive environment that reflects the organization’s brand and values
+ Maintain internal control standards, including timely remediation of audit and regulatory findings
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
Scope of Responsibilities:
+ Provide end user support across multiple office locations
+ Manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service
+ Engage with users and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
+ None, this is an individual contributor role
Education and Experience Required:
+ Minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
+ Experience interpreting and applying technical information
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Proven written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences
+ Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage competing priorities
+ Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot problems, work independently, and show resourcefulness
+ Effective collaboration and analytical skills, with a strong technical aptitude
Education and Experience Preferred:
+ Associate’s degree in a technology-related field
+ Certifications or special training in relevant technologies
+ Ability to provide clear updates and status reports
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
