CTG is seeking to fill a** **Dynatrace developer *Onsite Phoenix*** **opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** 12 Months
Candidates need to reside in Phoenix, AX, In Person interview required
W2 only
Duties:
+ Design, implement, and administer observability frameworks using Dynatrace and other tools.
+ Manage and configure Dynatrace components including ActiveGates, OneAgents, CSI Drivers, and associated operations.
+ Support and optimize enterprise-level monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions across distributed infrastructure.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate observability practices into DevOps pipelines.
+ Evaluate and implement observability solutions from various vendors including OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Sahara, and OpenSearch.
+ Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and Puppet to support observability deployments.
+ Work within RHEL and Kubernetes environments to ensure robust cloud application operations.
+ Contribute to automation testing and test plan creation where applicable.
+ Support public cloud observability initiatives as needed.
Skills:
+ Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace (minimum 5 years) including full lifecycle design and implementation.
+ Strong understanding of observability tools and frameworks (e.g., Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Sahara, OpenSearch).
+ Proficiency in RHEL, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Puppet.
+ Ability to design standardized monitoring, logging, and alerting methodologies.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex infrastructure environments.
Experience:
+ 5+ years of direct experience with Dynatrace in an enterprise setting.
+ Proven experience with observability strategies across large-scale infrastructure.
+ Experience with public cloud observability tools is a plus.
+ Experience in writing and maintaining test automation is a plus.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
