Join CTG as a Scanning Operator in Reno, NV! You will be responsible for preparing documents for high-speed scanning and indexing them accurately in Excel.

**Job Title:** Scanning Operator Level 1

**Location:** Reno, NV

**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant

**Hours:** Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

**Pay:** $17.24/hr + $5.36/hr Health and Wellness Stipend.

Essential Functions:

+ Assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center with a focus on digital imaging and related duties

+ Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process

+ Inspect physical documents for quality issues that may interfere with scanning

+ Prepare a wide variety of document types and conditions for scanning

+ Index scanned images using naming conventions defined by the customer and/or RDIC leadership

+ Perform additional post-imaging services as required

+ Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting contractual SLA requirements and deadlines

+ May be assigned other duties as business needs evolve

+ **Physical Demands:**

+ Minimal to moderate; includes moving boxes, loading paper, and walking between machines

+ **Mental Demands:**

+ Problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and attention to detail

Skills:

+ Strong attention to detail and organization skills

+ Ability to manage high volumes of documents with care and confidentiality

+ Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

+ Adaptable and eager to learn new tasks

+ Proficient in MS Office and general computer usage

+ Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation

+ Typing accuracy and speed

+ Ability to work independently and in a team

+ Operational soft skills: planning, organizing, executing, and prioritizing tasks

Experience:

+ Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service environment

+ Data entry or office clerk experience is a plus, but not required

+ Familiarity with administrative and clerical duties

Education:

+ Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
