    Working Custodial Manager for Educational Facilities

    Position Details:

    Employment Type: Full Time, 2nd Shift

     

    Compensation: $19.00/hr

    Job Skills / Requirements

    Responsibilities Include:

    Management Duties:

    + Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.

    + Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.

    + Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

    + Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.

    + Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.

    Custodial Tasks:

    + Perform assigned cleaning duties daily to support the team and maintain facility standards.

    + Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency tasks as needed.

    + Lead by example in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and efficiency.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.

    + Experience in custodial or facilities management is a plus.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance hands-on work and leadership responsibilities.

    + Proficient in various software applications for task management.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
