    We are seeking an entrepreneurial sale professional responsible for developing and increasing sales in Central America and Caribbean region. The Sr. Sales Manager for Motorola will be primarily responsible for driving consumer product sales to retailers and carrriers through direct and/or distribution partners.

     

    The growth of Motorola through Retailers / Carriers is a strategic goal – we are looking for someone with the knowledge and aptitude to deliver on this strategic initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology products through the retail channel and carriers.

     

    The Sr. Sales Manager will drive new and existing areas of business for Motorola retail / carrier product offerings, assisting in the refinement of Motorola’s retail / carrier strategy and programs, as well as continuing to accelerate the current sales portfolio offered through retail / carrier.

    Main Responsibilities:

    + Manage Retail Channel in the region

    + Manage Carrier channel in Guatemala and Costa Rica

    + Manage Distribution Channel responsible for fulfill Retailers in the region

    + Manage 2 non-direct reports based in-countries as sell-in and sell-out supports

    + Manage the New Product Launches in the regions by coordinating dates, volumes with internal Team and Customers

     

    This position is located in Miami, FL with the expectation to travel throughout Latin America.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 5+ years relevant sales experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proven track record of sales growth and execution in a related industry, with the ability to forecast and manage business performance and results

    + Ability to recognize and anticipate the challenges our customers face and how Motorola’s products and services address their pain points

    + Highly adept at fostering collaboration among sales, business operations, marketing, finance, strategy and product development to enable ideas to be efficiently executed

    + Employs innovative and creative thinking to solve business problems with non-traditional solutions

    + Strong communication, attention to detail and leadership skills to support across all levels of management

    + Demonstrated negotiation expert; possesses ability to anticipate next move

    + Proficient in Spanish
