We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CMS Content Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and editing digital content using content management systems (CMS). This role requires a strong command of language, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of CMS platforms like Sitecore, AEM, SEO, and digital marketing trends. This role requires being local to Shelton, CT.

_Key Responsibilities_

+ Manage and update website content using the CMS.

+ Edit, proofread, and format content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

+ Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and editorial standards.

+ Optimize content for search engines to increase traffic and engagement.

+ Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CMS.

+ Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content management.

_Requirements_

+ Proven experience as a content editor or similar role, preferably with CMS tools like Sitecore and AEM.

+ Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

+ Familiarity with various content management systems (e.g., Sitecore, AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).

+ Good organizational and time-management skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

+ Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
