We are seeking an expert Senior SAP S/4HANA PTP Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on driving digital procurement transformation initiatives, process excellence, and full-cycle deployment projects in S/4HANA

Your role

+ Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PTP project phases — blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

+ Design optimized procurement and invoice management processes leveraging S/4HANA standard methodologies and Fiori applications.

+ Configure SAP S/4HANA modules related to PTP: Sourcing and Procurement (MM-PUR), Inventory Management (MM-IM), Accounts Payable (FI-AP).

+ Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in crafting SAP solutions in the MM module of ECC 6

+ Drive integration across related modules (FI, SD, PP, TM) and external procurement solutions (Ariba, Fieldglass).

+ Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams.

+ Support business process reengineering for digital procurement (touchless procurement, real-time analytics, supplier collaboration).

+ Conduct fit-gap analysis between SAP standard processes and business requirements.

+ Mentor junior consultants and client stakeholders on S/4HANA PTP innovations.

+ Support cutover activities, data migration (vendor master, purchasing documents), and post go-live stabilization

+ Good skills in configuring Material Master, Purchase Requisition (PR), Request for quotation, Purchase Order (PO), Agreements, Info records, Release Procedures, Pricing, Automatic Account determination, Inventory Management, Reservation, Transfer Posting, Stock Transfer and Physical Inventory process, valuation and batch management, split valuation etc.

+ Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.

+ Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.

+ Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.

+ Good knowledge of different procurement processes like direct, indirect, third party, subcontracting, stock transport orders, stock transfers, account assigned POs, asset procurement, consignment etc.

Your skills and experience

+ 8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 years in SAP S/4HANA PTP implementation projects

+ 5 years experience working with current SAP Configuration, design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing

+ Deep knowledge of S/4HANA innovations for Procurement:

+ Solid understanding of S/4HANA data structures for vendors, material master, and purchasing documents.

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

+ Proven ability to work in Agile/Activate project environments.

+ Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
