SAP Program Management role that will support various SAP/ERP programs and projects related to technology and service transitions. This role will involve managing reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and proactively identifying gaps in planning. The position will also focus on driving actions to close issues and mitigate risks.
Your role
+ As an SAP Program Manager, you will lead and manage project teams, providing direction and driving business solutions. Your responsibilities will include program planning, budget management, P&L oversight, risk management, operations transformation, and systems integration.
+ Play a crucial role in creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning, milestone creation, and financial reporting.
+ Fluency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, as well as a solid understanding of project leadership in high-value business solutions.
+ As a strong communicator and problem solver, you will be responsible for leading teams, mentoring team members, managing projects, and maintaining a strong C-level executive presence.
+ You will also need to articulate technical concepts and trends and have excellent time management skills. Weekly travel to project locations or client sites is required.
+ Assist with technology and service transitions, manage SAP/ERP projects, and take a leadership role in planning, deploying, and reporting for various projects.
Your skills and experience
+ Skilled in identifying potential risks and gaps, developing mitigations, and driving actions to resolve them.
+ Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Clarity PM, and JIRA (Agile Project Management) is a plus.
+ Experience leading Scrum teams and fostering clear communication. PMP certification is desired, and Scrum Master certification is required.
+ 18 years, with a proven track record in consulting services or similar fields.
