    Job Summary

    The Brand Marketing Coordinator is responsible to support the execution of the brand marketing plan to realize business objectives. This role will be highly collaborative and includes responsibilities ranging from project management and timeline development, to developing system communications, to maintaining regular routines and processes. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, is an effective communicator, can adapt in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once.

    Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties as Assigned):

    + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain the Integrated Marketing Calendar as source of truth for communication plans across all channels

    + Communicate regular status updates of brand marketing team initiatives to cross-functional stakeholders via status meetings, recuring reports, and ad-hoc presentations

    + Serve as the go-to point of contact for capturing detailed notes during meetings and coordinating cross-functional inputs to support the development of high-quality presentations and deliverables

    + Assist with national calendar development, working cross-functionally to proactively work through roadblocks and determine implications for changes

    + Build and maintain commercialization timelines (workback schedules) for national promotions

    + Write asset briefs for creative needs to support national promotions and tests

    + Support calendar and content for franchisee meetings, ensuring we bring the right information through for alignment at the right time

    + Oversee planning & execution of quarterly Facts & Snacks presentations to educate the larger company on upcoming promotions

    + Plan, write, and oversee marketing & digital system communications across various communication channels and tailor them based on each audience

    + Liaise with internal communications team to develop & deploy communications to franchisees & general managers related to calendar updates, changes, or news according to regularly scheduled cadences (and one-off instances, as needed)

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 1-2 years minimum experience in marketing, communications, or project management positions

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

    • Ability to travel up to 25%
