Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree Computer Science, Math/Science, or Engineering (2) years of IT experience or Working experience in supporting IT systems of a large user base, focused on Software engineering, System Analysis, and/or Support or

+ Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Math/Science, or Engineering (3) years of IT experience or Working experience in supporting IT systems of a large user base, focused on Software engineering, System Analysis, and/or Support or

+ Associate's Degree Computer Science, Math/Science, or Engineering (5) years of IT experience or Working experience in supporting IT systems of a large user base, focused on Software engineering, System Analysis, and/or Support or

+ High School Diploma/GED (7) years of IT experience or Working experience in supporting IT systems of a large user base, focused on Software engineering, System Analysis, and/or Support

Relevant Work Experience

+ Must have ability to learn new technology as required for the job using documentation and other available resources Required

+ Experience of leadership and hands-on project management experience Required

+ Must be able to lead team activities, perform project management functions and deliver complex and critical projects. Required

+ Strong skills and experience with MS Office or similar suite. Word Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project. Required

+ Anticipate, identify and manage resolutions of critical obstacles Required

+ Able to act as a coach and mentor for assigned team members with the ability to transfer knowledge to various audiences. Required

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills Required

+ Flexibility to work on multiple assignments with changing priorities and stay on schedule/on budget Required

+ Ability to present at different levels of management Required

+ Experience in troubleshooting data flow components and applications to ensure seamless operation Required

+ Ability to write and Optimize database queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently Required

+ Experience in evaluating and assessing technology architecture components for optimal performance Required

+ Strong knowledge of Network management systems, Electric Model administration Preferred

+ Knowledge of architecture and programming/scripting experience Preferred
