Position Summary:
We are seeking a strong Product Analyst (Information Technology Lead) who can combine their Information Technology (IT) expertise, develop a deep understanding of Health Care Compliance and lead support key global initiatives that align with our IT strategy, standards, and processes.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between Corporate Business Technology (CBT) and the Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization, working to understand and manage business partner expectations, drive detailed requirements for critical products, and help prioritize tasks effectively to deliver solutions that balance compliance with innovation.
This position is in Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization and has responsibilities to support the Global Health Care Compliance organization, reporting into the HCC Technical Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad
+ Build use cases, writes, manages and clarifies user stories, visualization, and process flows
+ Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience
+ Ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint
+ Communicate vision to developers and testers
+ May help write UAT scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed
+ Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
+ Apply business process improvement methods for optimization
+ In partnership with the TPO (Technical Product Owner) & BPO (Business Product Owner), maintain deep understanding of the business processes and requirements to ensure that the squad’s backlog priorities are aligned with business needs
+ Track metrics and build reports to measure progress
+ Help manage dependencies with other squads’, working closely with squad BPO/TPO and peer PAs
+ Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date as required
+ Understands portfolio of IT systems that the business uses; may specialize in specific applications and as such hold deep product expertise
+ Support and/or facilitate system demos via inspect and adapt workshops as needed
+ Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
+ Work closely with Product Manager to establish the products’ business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach, as necessary.
+ Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.
+ Work with Lead Engineer to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
+ Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines.
+ Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences.
+ Partner with Global Health Care Compliance team and the Technical Product owner to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
+ Partner with the Technical Product owner to navigate and resolve competing priorities between technical requirements, business goals, and budget constraints, always striving to create the best outcome.
+ Collaborate across diverse, global teams and maintain open, inclusive communication channels.
Qualifications:
+ A Bachelor’s or higher in the field of computer science, engineering, science or business administration is required.
+ A minimum of five (5) years of related IT experience is required.
+ Proven Experience with Agile System Development methodologies, including use of Agile tools like JIRA and confluence.
+ Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
+ Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering and User Experience.
+ Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
+ Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).
+ Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$63,000-$102,350
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
