We are looking for an Systems Engineer to work with with a great team to assist in the design and development of architecture solutions for complex applications and IT systems, analyzing user requirements and identifying future technology advancements to support strategic direction.
The Systems Engineer will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):
+ Direct activities to meet the sponsor s organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
+ Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations
+ Create and maintain architecture design and standards.
+ Ensure developed systems comply with enterprise technical architecture
+ Apply Agile project management model for managing assigned projects
+ Create and maintain project management documentation
+ Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates
+ Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved
+ Document project progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and success measures
+ Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives
+ Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ A minimum of eleven (11) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or thirteen (13) years relevant experience without Bachelor s degree
+ Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks
+ Expert experience in Systems Engineering Lifecycle support
+ Ability to apply principles to guide the development of systems and solutions
+ Be able to develop high-level systems specifications
+ Create and maintain architecture design and standards
+ Ability to keep senior management apprised of project/program status
+ Strong Agile and process improvement skills
+ SAFe Agilist 6.0 certification
+ Ability to efficiently and appropriately estimate work effort requirements
+ Abillity to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
+ Abillity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
+ Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
+ Aptitude and willingness to work with variety of newer emerging technologies/tools as opportunities demand
+ Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, aid with new implementations and provide continuous support within the scheduled time while preserving system integrity
+ High degree of initiative, creativity and technical ability to function on the team
+ Ability to identify issues and implement correction actions
+ Create training materials using Camtasia
+ Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Lean Six Sigma Certification
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow
+ Master's degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
