Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Spectrum Warfare Department (WX), Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXM), Project Management Branch (WXMM) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will manage and supervise the Project Management Branch within Maritime Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Division. You will be responsible for branch execution of standardized Task Management processes and reporting across the Division. You will review and allocate workload across the Maritime Electronic Warfare Task Management personnel. You will perform required administrative duties to include setting employee performance standards, evaluating employee work performance, resolving customer complaints, and monitoring overall branch execution. You will be responsible for developing and understanding acquisition strategies to fulfill contract requirements to meet customer needs. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance of projects. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the development and execution of administration functions (e.g., acquisition strategies, project management, etc.) in support of Electronic Warfare Systems projects.
