Job Description
Clinical Resource Analyst
Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for healthcare and a knack for numbers? As a **Clinical Resource Analyst** , you’ll play a key role in making smart sourcing decisions that drive real cost savings and improve patient outcomes. You'll work behind the scenes, connecting the dots between clinical needs, vendor contracts, and supply chain strategy — all while helping secure **best-in-class pricing** through strong vendor relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the **clinical** and **analytical** worlds — someone who understands medical products, speaks the language of supply chain, and knows how to turn data into action.
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Researching and identifying top-tier supply sources and contract vendors.
+ Partnering with clinical teams to ensure product needs are met — affordably and efficiently.
+ Analyzing vendor contracts and negotiating to get the most value.
+ Driving cost-saving initiatives using data, insight, and a healthy dose of curiosity.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum Must-Haves:
+ A **Bachelor’s degree** (or equivalent combo of education and hands-on experience).
+ **3–5 years** in a clinical or healthcare role (think surgical tech, sterile processing tech, or LPN).
+ Solid understanding of **medical products** — you know the tools of the trade.
+ Strong **math** skills and Excel wizardry (formulas, pivot tables, you name it).
+ Experience with **ERP systems** (you speak fluent Oracle, SAP, or something similar).
+ Clear, confident **communication** skills — written, spoken, and everything in between.
+ Sharp **organizational** and **analytical** instincts — you’re a pattern-spotter.
Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required):
+ Previous experience in **healthcare supply chain** or purchasing.
+ Comfort with **multiple tech platforms** and large data sets — the more complex, the better.
+ Familiarity with **GPOs** and healthcare contracting strategies.
+ Background in **healthcare analytics** or finance? Even better.
If you’re ready to combine your clinical knowledge with data smarts and supply chain savvy, we’d love to meet you.
