Schedule TBD, typical shifts are from 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM M-F and 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Weekends.

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Food Service & Concessions Supervisor, leads concession operations at the RecPlex, Raccoon River Park Softball Complex, Holiday Aquatic Center, and Valley View Aquatic Center. Assists customers and staff while ensuring a high level of food quality within a fast-paced environment; assigns tasks to concession staff; accurately processes and balances transactions; ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs; maintains a clean and safe work environment; responsible for training of new concession staff; and assists with assessing inventory and preparing product orders. 3 positions available.

Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent plus previous concessions, restaurant, or bar experience is preferred.

Additional after hire: First Aid, CPR, AED certification, within 30 days of employment, ServSafe certification, within 30 days of employment, IPACT certification, within 30 days of employment. If designated by department, possession of a valid driver’s license.
