As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. Whether rain or shine, your dedication to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment sets the stage for an outstanding shopping experience.

Job Description

What You’ll Do : As a Cart Attendant II at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:

+ Provide Exceptional Guest Service:Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.

+ Deliver Outstanding Experiences : Provide prompt, friendly service to all guest s by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.

+ Maintain Product Knowledge : Assist guest s by offering accurate information about product locations, reinforcing our guest -first culture.

+ Safeguard Company Assets : Ensure proper collection of shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, regardless of weather conditions.

+ Perform Parcel Pickup : Promptly assist guest s with parcel pick-up services, making their shopping experience seamless.

+ Ensure Quality : Meet our quality and quantity expectations, ensuring 100% coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.

+ Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

+ Support the Team : Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job . Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions .

+ The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.

+ Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions

Work Schedule :

The Cart Runner II is a position with a schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
