JOB SUMMARY
At the direction of the Sr. Manager of Plant and Facilities, support all corporate facilities and its equipment including, HVAC, CD Air and test gas compressors, basic electrical work, high pressure plumbing, basic plumbing, basic construction, and perform special projects in support of growth and expansion for the Corporation. Deploy to troubleshoot and or diagnose and repair equipment and issues in all facilities throughout the corporation. Make assessments that may be used to determine the course of action for service and repairs from outside contractors if needed. Handle emergency service and repair issues following appropriate evaluations.
REQUISITE SKILLS REQUIRED
+ Skilled in assessing industrial grade plumbing issues for potable water, cooling water and wastewater.
+ Skilled in troubleshooting Industrial grade plumbing for high purity gases at ultra-high pressure.
+ Skilled in advanced level troubleshooting and diagnosis of commercial/industrial HVAC systems to make service and/or repair recommendations.
+ Learn to help diagnose problems with CNC Machines.
+ Skilled in industrial high voltage electrical work, and troubleshooting, diagnosis, and Installation of electrical services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience in the field of facilities support
EQUIPIMENT/MACHINERY USED
Strong knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems and components
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
Pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
