    Job Description

    We are looking for a hard working, positive, energetic, and capable Facilities Technician to join our team. The role will include tasks such as gardening, lawn maintenance, exterior facilities work and exterior cleaning.

     

    This is an entry-level, full-time position in landscape maintenance, performing routine and semi-skilled work in landscape maintenance operations along with supporting interior maintenance and tidiness. Applicants are not required to have directly related work experience. Work is observed and reviewed during performance and upon completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a team and help maintain the interior and exterior maintenance of multiple properties. Position has unique growth potential for the right candidate.

    Successful candidates will have the following:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Ability/desire to handle physical requirements of the job

    + Desire to work hard and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis

    What you would be doing at Unbridled:

    + Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure clean and beautiful landscape maintenance on the property’s grounds and parking lots

    + Represent the company while maintaining professionalism

    + Maintain a clean and safe job site

    + Ensure property is not damaged during landscape maintenance

    + Performs general housekeeping of specified areas to include but not limited to hallways, restrooms, lobbies, lounges, stairways, common areas, walkways, break rooms, kitchen areas, office space and other work areas

    + Maintain and care for your personal or company provided equipment, tools, and vehicles

    + Perform highly physical work outdoors on a consistent basis in all weather conditions (cold weather gear may be required)

    + Work as a part of the team and take direction

    + Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (150 pounds with assistance)

    + Keep accurate timesheet records

    + Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Facilities Manager
