Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant: Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

DUTIES:

+ MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND HTST SYSTEMS.

+ SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND HTST PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.

+ SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)

+ PERFORM ASSIGNED PM’s, REBUILD VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.

+ OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT

+ LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.

+ WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.

+ COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.

+ ADHERE TO ALL GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES.DUTIES AS ASSIGN

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Production or general work experienced preferred

- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment

- Able to follow directions and carry out instructions

- Able to effectively work in a team environment

- Able to legibly write entries for record keeping

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and

decimals

- Must be able to read, write and speak English
