    EMS Scheduling Manager

     

    The EMS Scheduling Manager develops and implements all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for field personnel within the organization.

    THE EMS SCHEDULING MANAGER WILL:

    + Work with the Operations Manager in coordinating staffing needs.

    + Coordinate daily schedules and assignments and briefs Supervisors of schedule changes

    + Create deployment plans based on anticipated needs

    + Other scheduling duties as needed including scheduling the ride-along program for new employees and students.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    + EMS background (required)

    + One year of medical-related clerical experience (preferred)

    + Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

    + Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals using multiple platforms

    + Knowledge of computerized scheduling system or ability to participate in training

    + Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
