Job Summary: We re seeking a dynamic Luxury Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive environment and is driven to hunt for new business. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a keen eye for opportunity and a relentless drive to exceed sales goals. You will be tasked with aggressively expanding our customer base while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring BRAVAS remains the go-to name in luxury home automation. Responsibilities: Drive New Business: Proactively seek and secure new customers within your assigned territory. Exceed Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass assigned sales targets through strategic outreach and relentless follow-up. Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients; utilize cold calling, site visits, and networking via email and LinkedIn to initiate contact. KPI Management: Meet required KPIs, including outreach volume, proposal generation, and pipeline closures. Sales Process Adherence: Maintain meticulous records in CRM, ensuring leads are entered, pricing is accurate , and weekly forecasts are submitted . Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business , Sales, or a related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years experience in sales consistently meet ing and exceed ing sales quotas Have extensive experience closing new business Extensive experience working in a CRM Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to travel within the region approximately 25 % of the time Must be able to pass a criminal background check Knowledge, Skills/Abilities: Self-motivated, data-driven, and a proactive approach to generating new business Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers/prospects Professional phone, in-person, and written communication skills Ability to present information in front of groups Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting in a car, on a plane, or at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
