Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical areas of AMG Rheumatology along with other offices. Main work location will be Summit, NJ.

Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Manage

+ Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans

+ Provides assistance and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants

+ Conducts phone triaging

+ Oversees medication management

+ Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.

+ Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.

+ Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

Required:

+ Bachelor's required.

+ Valid NJ RN License

Preferred:

+ 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices

+ 5+ years experience direct Rheumatology or related experience

+ Ability to multi task and handle a lot at once

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Professionalism and confidentiality
