Describe nature of supervision of any External workers (e.g. vendors, contractors): Supervises all contracted staff on both campuses- establish schedules, AP, AR, marketing, source funding, annual evaluations, orientation and staff training and standard work observation. * * · Close collaboration with Wound Care service partner · Collaboration with, System Director, Regional Directors, and individual hospital VP of Operations · Close working relationship with medical providers in each center *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Extensive business operations experience in the healthcare industry, including a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, with increasing levels of responsibilities in the healthcare industry Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: · Strong knowledge in business and operations of wound care · Relationship management skills · Physicians relations experience · Exceptional communication skills; an expert in fulfilling customer needs · Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills · Strong teach, coach, and, mentoring skills ** *We take great care of careers.* With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
