Position Overview:
The Program Manager - Organization Change Management & Implementation is responsible for leading enterprise-wide organizational change management initiatives across Marine operations. This role serves as the primary architect for change management strategy, working closely with IT/Shared Services leadership to ensure successful implementation of major technology and process transformations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead and oversee major enterprise/organizational change management programs within Marine North America
+ Coordinate with IT/Shared Services Leaders, HR, and Change Management Leadership on strategic initiatives
+ Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder management, impact assessments, risk analysis, and communication planning
+ Direct the implementation and training programs for enterprise systems including Copilot, Dynamics 365 CRM, and IFS 11
+ Oversee onboarding programs for technology platforms including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
+ Evaluate and monitor new AI use cases, process automation proposals, and project charters
+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
+ Develop and implement training and support programs to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes
+ Monitor and evaluate change management program effectiveness and ROI
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
+ 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Learning & Performance, and Employee Enablement
+ Proven track record leading large-scale technology implementation projects
+ Demonstrated experience with AI and automation technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI)
+ Experience with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, IFS, SAP, or similar platforms
+ Strong background in change management practices, training development, and training delivery across multiple modalities
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Expert knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
+ Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
+ Excellence in developing and executing communication strategies
+ Advanced project and program management skills
+ Proven ability to lead and influence across organizational boundaries
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
+ Excellence in presentation and facilitation skills
+ Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
+ Experience with data analysis and ROI measurement
