Position Summary...
The Walmart Specialty Pharmacy team is on the lookout for an exceptional leader to drive and transform our Trade Relations department. As the Director of Business Development, you'll spearhead the formation and maintenance of strategic alliances with pharmaceutical manufacturers, masterfully negotiate contracts, and elevate our specialty pharmacy business to new heights. This role demands a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, outstanding negotiation prowess, and the ability to create win-win partnerships.
What you'll do...
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure access to a broad range of products
+ Lead contract negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers
+ Ensure all trade agreements and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
+ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
+ Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals
About the team:
The Business Development team aims to create new growth opportunities by partnering with strategic companies to expand access to pharmaceutical products, develop new services, and reach more customers. The team is structured to leverage future growth in the specialty pharmacy industry and plays a significant role in the overall development and growth of the Health and Wellness business.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
