The Associate Physicist is responsible for existing or new applications in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, research, and radiation oncology.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
+ Master of Science in Physics or related field.
+ Three years clinical experience in diagnostic medical physics.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
+ Five years clinical experience in diagnostic medical physics.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
+ Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Medical Physics.
Contacts:
+ Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients and visitors.
