Prepares and serves all meals and snacks per facility policies and procedures and state/federal guidelines. Ensures all dietary staff complete assigned daily tasks.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

+ Vocation, technical or on the job training.

+ General cooking experience, preferably in a nursing home or hospital.

+ Long-term care facility experience.

+ Prior work experience with geriatric and disabled populations.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

+ Serv Safe Certification.
