The Urology Physician Assistant assists, monitors, and manages the day-to-day needs of patients as requested by, in conjunction with, and under the supervision of a physician. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Physician Assistant according to customary and generally accepted medical standards. Prior Surgical or urology experience preferred.** **This position is 10 hour shifts and flexible hours. The weekend requirement is 1 weekend per month with the opportunity for additional hours if desired.

This position includes approximately 20 patients per day including new consults and follow ups.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Successful completion of an approved physician¿s assistant program, accredited by the AMA Council on Medical Education. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Licenses and Certifications Required: 1. Physician Assistant License. 2. Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification required
