The **Supervisor of Network Engineering** will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing network architectures while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This includes capturing product requirements, facilitating communication between functional teams, and driving the development and implementation of best practices to support Hackensack Meridian Health's (HMH) network infrastructure. The role involves overseeing the design, and implementation of the network (Plan Build Team) and/or ensuring the delivery of services meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through monitoring and continual improvement (RUN Team), with a focus on aligning tactical and strategic organizational goals.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related IT experience.

+ Minimum of 8+ years of IT experience preferably in healthcare or related field(s).

+ Demonstrated project management skills and results-driven through teamwork while showing empathy toward others.

+ Knowledge of advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work.

+ Team player and ability to multitask in a progressive environment.

+ Ability to interact with all levels of organization and staff in one-to-one settings and group presentations.

+ Works independently and effectively manages time unsupervised.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Collaborates with other Team Members across departments.

+ Identifies gaps in Team Members' skills and provides growth opportunities.

+ Self-motivated and strengths that include team leadership, team building, communication, coaching, and providing timely, essential feedback to others.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

+ Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).

+ Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

+ Information Technology Infrastructure Library 4 (ITIL 4).
