The Business Manager, under the direction of the Director of the Physician Services Division and SVP of the Physician Enterprise, is responsible for financial analysis of projects and statistical studies. Projects will include; Business Planning for new Practices, Practice Economics plans for Incremental Providers, Capital Projects Business Plans, Real Estate Business Planning, etc. Job responsibilities include all financial aspects of PSD; goals to achieve growth through physician practice; prepare and report monthly financial statements, WRVU, P&L's, support budget process, audit coordination and internal controls compliance; build and maintain PeopleSoft general ledger; and support outsourced accounting functions.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.

+ Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, or 5 years of public accounting experience with a top CPA firm.

+ Working knowledge of all aspects of PeopleSoft General Ledger System.

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP.

+ Must be highly computer literate, including advanced use of Excel.

+ Must be willing to roll up sleeves.

+ Must be able to establish effective working relationships with Senior Management and Staff at all levels of the organization.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ Experience in a multi-subsidiary preferred.

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
