VIZIO is looking for an energetic Specialist Technician, Technology Support to build, monitor, and maintain VIZIO’s security systems, work with the security operations center, and respond to incidents. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small close-knit team, with a fast-paced environment as we grow our brands across the organization. In this role, we are looking for experience with SIEM log maintenance tools, Office365 and Azure Ad security, Next-Gen Antivirus Management Tools, Data Loss Prevention Enforcement, and experience with vulnerability assessments.

About the IT Operations Team:

Our IT Operations team is pivotal in ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across our organization. We focus on continuous improvement, system optimization, and providing top-notch support to our business partners. As a Project Management Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our operational capabilities and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor SIEM for anomalies and indicators of compromise

Respond to day-to-day incidents with assistance from Internal and MSSP SOCs

Manage AV and EDR tools for all endpoints

Oversee DLP activities for all endpoints

Monitor and manage file activity, permissions, and sharing activity

Monitor firewall activity for 12 sites

Conduct Vulnerability Assessments for the environment

Assist Information Security Analysts, Architect, and Director as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Two+ years of experience in IT Operations or four years of college in the InfoSec field

Proficiency with SIEM Log management tools

Experience with Office365 and Azure AD security

Knowledge of Next-Gen Antivirus management and EDR tools

Experience with Data Loss Prevention enforcement

Familiarity with open source and commercial forensic tools

Experience with vulnerability assessments

Strong awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00-$45.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
