We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic developer to build large scale platform features for our automated content recognition (ACR) system. This platform is highly scalable, and capable of processing millions of operations per minute coming from millions of TVs, efficiently storing petabytes of data and providing fast insights from the data.

About Inscape Core Engineering Team:
The Inscape Core Engineering Team is dedicated to building scalable and robust software solutions. Our team works collaboratively to innovate and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our team’s goals and supporting Walmart’s mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
+ Design, develop, monitor, review, unit test, and deploy code for services.
+ Write and maintain Terraform (IaC) configurations and CI/CD scripts.
+ Take ownership of releasing code for new features.
+ Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure like Kafka clusters and EC2 instances.
+ Triage application and system issues to debug, track, and recover services quickly.
What You’ll Bring:
+ 5+ years of experience with software development in languages like Java, Go, distributed systems, micro-service architecture.
+ Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C.
+ Experience with cloud infrastructure and tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
+ Knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and design patterns.
+ Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, SREs, and other teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
