    Data Center Security Supervisor

     

    Wage: $27.00/ hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s).

    + Ensure adherence to post orders, completion of rounds, and filing of required reports.

    + Coach and discipline personnel as needed, documenting actions taken.

    + Train Security Officers and review assignment details.

    + Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.

    + Ensure adequate coverage and prepare various reports.

    Education/Experience:

    + High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, with retail experience preferred.

    Competencies:

    + Knowledge of security operations including patrol, inspection, and response.

    + Supervisory practices and procedures.

    + Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.

    + Familiarity with security and safety devices.

    + Strong customer service orientation.

    + Ability to maintain professional composure in challenging situations.

    Working Conditions:

    + Ability to perform all essential job functions, including physical and mental demands.

    + Maintain composure in urgent and pressure situations.

    + Flexible availability, including overtime as needed.

    + Proficiency in basic computer usage and keyboarding.

    + Clear communication skills and ability to write reports.

    Certifications & Training:

    + Valid State Security Guard License

    + CPR/First Aid/AED Certification

    + Securitas Supervisor Training Modules

    + Access Control & De-escalation Training
