    Shift Supervisor

     

    Wage: $25.50/ hour

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead Security Officers on-site, ensure operations run smoothly, and help maintain a safe, secure environment for clients and personnel.     What We Need from You:

    + Experience in supervising 10+ employees.

    + Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

    + Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    + Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

    + Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

    + Reliable transportation and valid means of communication.

    + Must meet applicable licensing requirements for Security Officers.

    What You’ll Do:

    + **Supervise and Support** Security Officers to ensure client and company expectations are met.

    + **Provide Lead Direction** – Guide Security Officers, ensure post orders are followed, and conduct regular patrols and inspections.

    + **Perform Security Duties** – Observe, report, and respond to incidents, keeping the site secure.

    + **Ensure Client Safety** – Preserve order, enforce regulations, and notify proper authorities in emergencies.

    + **Train and Mentor new Security Officers** – Assist with onboarding, training, and reviewing post assignments.

    + **Administrative Oversight** – Help with payroll submissions, reports, and staffing to ensure seamless site coverage.

    + **Client Relations** – Build positive relationships with clients by delivering top-notch service and addressing any security concerns.

    + **Conduct Regular Post Inspections** , oversee shift operations, and handle scheduling.
