    *An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.*

    You will support Government staff in the following:

    + Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization

    + Develops data models for analysis

    + Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership

    + Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership

    + Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

    + Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead

    + Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis

    + Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

    Basic Qualifications:

    + BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

    + TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
